We cannot be held responsible for any commission or banking charge applied by your issuing bank.
For
Primeur 2009, we ask for 50% payment on order.
The remaining 50% payment is due on 31st October 2010.
Upon reception of the order and payment, a pro-forma invoice of the wines will be mailed to the customer’s invoicing address.
This pro-forma invoice and the proof of payment will guarantee the rightful ownership of the wines.
Prices are indicated in €, excluding VAT.
Payment of the goods is entirely due before collection.
delivery and collection terms
1. delivery times
Delivery times depend on the product ordered :
Products currently in stock :
• France : delivery in 5 working days
• Europe : delivery in 10 working days
Products not currently in stock :
• France : 10-15 working days
• Europe : 15-20 working days
for primeurs :
Vintage 2009 : delivery Spring 2012 dependant on wine ordered.
Property reserve :
It is expressively understood that all our goods stay our property, wherever they are, until, complete settlement of the invoices.
In all cases, the buyer is liable for the goods from the moment of collection.
2. packaging
Your products will be delivered in their original packaging, will the exception of mixed cases.
For
Primeur wines, orders of 12 bottles the packaging will be that of the Chateau it comes from.
Normally this will be wooden box with the makers name on it.
